The Anoka Police Officers and the Anoka and Champlin Fire Fighters have a NEW COMPLETELY REDONE area to exercise and work out. A new rubber floor was installed and new equipment including a Power Rack, Matrix 3000, incline and decline benches, individual pieces of equipment including a leg curl and leg extension, a chest press and arm strength skills machine were added. Additional free weights and resistance bands were also purchased to help complete the gym. Several Rotary Clubs provided support to make this a reality. A HUGE thank you to the Rotary Clubs of Elk River, Lake Elmo, Prior Lake, Stillwater Sunrise, and Blaine/Ham Lake for their support.
